A 4 panel (250W each) solar panel setup was intalled in Rampur, Jaunpur district of UP.

A 2500VA inverter was installed to effectively support the 1000W panels. Four 12V/200Ah Orgee batteries were installed for storing the electricity generated by the solar panels during day time.

The installation components are listed below.

• Solar panels: 4 x 250W panels
• Inverter: 2500 VA
• Battery: 12V/200Ah Orgee battery - total 4 in number

This setup is used to sufficiently power a submersible pump (1 inch), 3 fans, 6CFL bulbs and 1 TV.
